Douglas practices in all areas of intellectual property law including patent, trademark, copyright, technology, and e-commerce and assists clients with intellectual property matters requiring litigation, licensing, technology counseling and complex transactions.
Douglas is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He particularly enjoys working with clients to complete the process of acquiring and/or commercializing intellectual property assets as well as portfolio management, licensing and transactional matters. Douglas is ranked in Band 1 (the top band) for intellectual property law by the highly regarded Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business 2015, and he was selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2015 for Technology Law.
