I have assisted several famous Fortune 500 companies and major domestic enterprises in obtaining well-known trademark registration, and assisted several national companies in trademark prosecution. I also represented major international and domestic companies in trademark infringement, assignment negotiation, and domain name arbitration. I frequently advise my domestic clients on global trademark protection strategies.
