Magnetostrictive film

特許 権利維持 Disclosed are a magnetostrictive film which can exhibit excellent magnetostrictive properties at around a zero field; and a process for producing the magnetostrictive film. The magnetostrictive film comprises a metal glass film which is characterized by being produced by the spray forming on a specimen and being heated at a temperature lower than a glass transition temperature and equal to or higher than a curie temperature. In the magnetostrictive film, the magnetic field and the magnetostrictivity have linear properties in at least a part of the magnetic field range of -15 kA/m to +15 kA/m inclusive.
