ITO powder

特許 係属中 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ITO powder being nanoparticles having small variation in the particle diameter, and to provide a method for producing the powder. ; SOLUTION: The ITO powder contains ITO particles having an average particle diameter of 10-100 nm, obtained from a TEM picture image, and having a coefficient of variation of <=15% obtained by dividing the standard deviation of the particle diameter by an average particle diameter. A method for producing the powder is also provided.
