特許 係属中 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems caused when a living cell cultured on a silicone film is observed by a microscope; (1) a cell on the conventional silicone film whose thickness is 200 [mu]m can not be observed in such a working distance (150 [mu]m at the maximum) of a 60-power oil immersion lens, and (2) a cell on a silicone film can not be observed by using an inverted microscope and, for example, a 60-power oil immersion lens that is an oil immersion lens for obtaining high magnification as an objective lens, because the lens oil of the oil immersion lens causes expansion and white turbidness of silicone, consequently, the lens oil can not come in contact with the silicone film.
