特許 権利維持 This invention provides a method for forming an image pattern on the surface of a metallic glass member, which can repeatedly form a reversal transfer pattern on the surface of a Zr-base, Ti-base, Cu-base, Ni-base or Fe-base metallic glass having a supercooled liquid temperature region of 400 C or above and having a moldable temperature of 400 C or above in a simple and efficient manner.
