特許 係属中 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave measurement system of piping thickness reduction for measuring a reduced thickness in piping. ; SOLUTION: Microwave nondestructive testing is conducted by propagating a microwave in the piping, utilizing characteristics of a wavelength of the microwave depending on an inner diameter of the piping, and measuring a wavelength change of the microwave generated by thickness reduction in the piping.
