Specifically disclosed are: a peptide-grafted antibody having an zinc oxide-recognizing peptide in a CDR H-1 region of a camel antibody; and a solid substrate (a biosensor, a protein chip, or the like) which has a zinc oxide layer having the antibody immobilized thereon.
