特許 権利維持 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method for producing a sugar chain-containing compound, such as a sugar-chain polymer, which is thus far yet to be established. ; SOLUTION: The method for producing a sugar chain-introduced organic compound includes conducting a transglycosylation reaction of an Amadori compound, as saccharide receptor, formable by reaction between a reducing sugar and a basic functional group in the presence of a saccharide donor and a glycosyltransferase selected from among amylase, chitinase, cyclodextrin glucanotransferase and endo-N-glucosaminidase.
