特許 係属中 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for discriminating a network application without utilizing any port number. ; SOLUTION: The disclosed method includes: a packet observation process 11 for acquiring a packet from network traffic; a histogram extraction process 12 for dividing a payload part of the packet into codes of an arbitrary bit length for the unit of a packet regarding (k) ((k): natural number of >=2) acquired in the packet observation process 11 and generating a histogram using the frequency of appearance for each of the codes obtained by division.
