特許 係属中 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for synthesizing a lead-free, bismuth-containing ceramic, which comprises previously synthesizing nanoparticles having a (Bi<SB>1/2</SB>Na<SB>1/2</SB>)TiO<SB>3</SB>or (Bi<SB>1/2</SB>K<SB>1/2</SB>)TiO<SB>3</SB>structure while strictly controlling the size and form, then forming a pellet by using the obtained nanoparticles, and sintering the formed pellet; and to provide a piezoelectric ceramic produced by using the ceramic.
