特許 係属中 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency carrier type thin film magnetic field sensor having high sensitivity. ; SOLUTION: Figure (a) shows the constitution of the high frequency carrier type thin film magnetic field sensor 250 of transmission line type. The transmission line 254 for carrying high frequency is constituted on a ground plane 256. By mounting a magnetic thin film 252 on the above plane, the magnetic detection using skin effect can be performed while saturating of magnetization caused by direct current carrying of the magnetic thin film 252 is avoided.
