特許 権利維持 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a monodisperse nano-diamond particle from a liquid containing carbon in an environment of room temperature and atmospheric pressure. ; SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of a monodisperse nano-diamond particle, a liquid carbon compound at room temperature and atmospheric pressure is put in a transparent vessel such as a glass cell which is transparent to a laser light, and a pulse laser is irradiated from outside the vessel, wherein the pulse laser is focused in high density in the liquid of the carbon compound.
