特許 係属中 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position analyzing method which enhances the frame rate of an image reader and prevents the calculation precision of a position from decreasing when the position of fluorescent particles or the like smaller than a diffraction limit is calculated using the image data acquired by an optical microscope using an image data acquired by an optical microscope using the image reader for reading an image using a plurality of line sensors or area sensors subjected to binning operation.
