特許 係属中 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning device, capable of implementing positioning of objects with diversified geometries, with high accuracy. ; SOLUTION: The positioning device is equipped with an optical system 31, including a detecting means 5 which receives the light passed at the focal point of a lens 3 and detects variation of the light income occurred, when the focal position of the lens 3 and an object 6 approaches predetermined range and an optical system 32, including a detecting means 15 which receives the light that has passed the focal point of a lens 13 and detects the variations in the light reception that occurrs, when the focal position of the lens 13 and an object 6 approaches a predetermined range.
