特許 権利維持 Software patent: optimization of energy consumption with software Disclosed is a set of computer executable instructions, stored on a computer readable medium, for modelling the energy consumption of at least one process. Each of the processes uses a plurality of resource streams, with each resource stream having at least one operational attribute. The computer executable instructions are adapted to execute the steps of (a) receiving a set of a range of attribute values from a user for at least one operational attribute of at least one resource stream used by the process, and (b) calculating at least one energy consumption value for the process using the received range or ranges of values. Also disclosed is a method of modeling energy consumption, of at least one process, including a method of calculating global minimum heat energy utility and global minimum cooling energy utility.
