SKUR provides structured data that allows our construction clients to have quantitative insights into the accuracy of what is built in comparison to the design model. Our SaaS analytics platform allows sensor data to be cloud processed and exported to the end user’s modeling environment. Currently SKUR detects differences that allow the subject expert to visualize variances, enhancing on time and on budget compliance while mitigating future claims.
SKUR is based in Oakland, California and consists of a team of 8 comprised of business and technology executives. The company is currently in active trials with large construction customers and expects to commercially release version 1.0 in the first quarter of 2016.
