Question
Hello everyone!
As before, let me quickly introduce myself:
I am an IT developer based in Toronto. For some time now I have been working on a app/online framework for a social network specifically tailored towards photographers. The product will also include some licensing functions for those who would like to make money off their pictures.
I would like to start a company so that I can monetize my product. I am currently trying to figure out the best way to do this, but first I would like to know: Do I necessarily need co-founders/partners? I have heard that it can be useful to have a mixed team of co-founders with technical (me) and Business/Finance backgrounds, but I am worried about simply "sharing" my work with someone who has not yet contributed anything.
Thank you for any insight!

Do you have all the skills needed to execute your vision? Are you able to hire or subcontract out to others, are you a workaholic with your business as your lovechild? Comes down to work-life balance and whether you want to share the load. Plenty of lifestyle entrepreneurs are out there but different people have different expectations. Understand yours before expanding or taking on more warm bodies.
