How much does a OHIM application really cost?

Question

Does a Trademark registration at OHIM, online and including 3 classes, really only cost 900 EUR? Or are there additional costs we would have to factor in, such as subsequent administrative fees?

The official fees for a trademark application with OHIM in fact amounts to EUR 900.00 when filed electronically (otherwise EUR 1,050.00). The office will not charge any additional feel until the trademark is to be renewed after 10 years. However, additional costs may result from consulting an attorney before filing the application or in case the application is opposed by a third party.
