Hello everybody
I am working for a start-up company based in Germany. I would like to know if anybody could share experiences concerning data protection in German-U.S. data traffic. Do U.S. based AWS servers comply with German Privacy law? I have heard of the U.S. / EU Safe Harbour Agreement, but I am not sure what that exactly is and how it would protect our business. Thank you for your advice!
