Question
Good day everybody,
As a provider of language learning solutions we have recently been focusing on Asian markets. Our main offices are located in Belgium. When we were trying to register our company name as a web domain in Vietnam, we noticed that someone else had already registered it. There is no content on the website and it is likely that the registration was done to re-sell the domain, because when we contacted the owner the requested purchase price was unreasonably steep.
We have registered with an alternative name in Vietnam and are considering the re-branding. We were wondering however, is there an option to get the domain in Vietnam by court? What is the procedure and what would we have to do?
