Question
Hello! For startups faced with IP infringement litigation, what are good litigation finance options? NPEs/Patent trolls are not a new threat to innovative companies, but it seems like when there is a law suit on the horizon, there still aren't many options for early-stage startups like us, operating on a tight financial basis. Generally speaking, is it a good (or even feasible) strategy to implement a third-party financing option before a law suit happens?
We are a San Francisco-based wearables startup, specializing in ultra light-weight clothing and MEMS sensor tech.

Hi,
You can try to invalidate the patent as a first step and if invalidation opinion has some gravity, you can contact firm like 'Gerchen Keller Capital LLC" as they provide defence side focused litigation financing support.
For cost effective invalidation search you can contact my firm KAnalysis consultant .
Best,
Ashutosh
