Would a music mash-up app come under fair use?

Question

I have a great prototype for an app that allows users to creatively mash-up different songs and easily share the result with their friends and connections. So far, the prototype allows only for the use of youtube clips, but in the future it will plug in to a wider variety of third-party services, such as Spotify, Soundcloud etc.

However, before I keep developing the idea, I would like to know more about the copyright implications. Would this app come under fair use?
