How do you license a patent by multiple inventors?

If multiple people are inventors of a patent, do you need the agreement of one of them or all of them to license the IP for that patent?

In the US, each inventor has the right to assign the patent rights.

Speaking as a UK registered Patent Attorney, in the UK, where two or more persons are proprietors of or applicants for a patent, a right therein may be assigned provided that ALL of the proprietors or applicants have consented.
