Hello,
I would be interested in arbitration as an alternative means of dispute resolution in patent-related disputes. Apparently this is quite a common practice in the U.S., but I have not come across it yet. Is the arbitrability of such cases limited to licensing disputes? Or are infringement or even validity issues open to arbitration as well?
