Question
While most of our customers so far are based in North America, we would like to expand strongly into Asian markets. As a Delaware corp are there legal reasons why we should establish a company abroad? Are there tax implications? For example, I have read that Hong Kong incorporation is relatively cheap and that corporate tax is 0% for transactions outside of the country.
