We are planning the launch of our seed round. We are asking for funding in convertible notes for the first two years. The database we are building will be available on multiple platforms, including web, iOS, Android. We are estimating that our initial team of employees would include at least six developers and IT professionals. What would be a reasonable amount of money to ask for in the round? What is your general advice on strategy/optimal approach?
