Question
We were given a term sheet by our investor which includes the reimbursement of the investor's legal fees for drawing up the term sheet. Of course we have our own attorney fees regarding the term sheet and I would like to ask if it is common practice to include such provisions for investor reimbursement. Also, what is the usual value of such reimbursement and can it be capped?
