licensing agreements with multiple companies

Question

We are a startup developing mobile apps. For a new product, we would like to use copyrighted material from multiple other companies. The problem is, those companies are spread over different countries (US, Japan, UK, ...). Of course we need royalty agreements but we can hardly enter into negotiations with each one. We would like to know what the best strategy would be to make royalty agreements?

Your company can develop one template for licensing the necessary material and have the contract governed by local law. Then, it would be up to the various licensors to decide if they were willing to accept your terms/royalty amounts or if they elected to negotiate.
