Question
I have read on-line that the filing fee is $340 (http://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/texas-form-llc-31745.html). But I assume that doesn't cover all necessary fees/costs. For drafting the operating agreement and other legal fees etc, what would be a ballpark estimate?
I would also like to know: When exactly does a company have to be registered as a 'Foreign LLC'?
