Registering a group-type company title as single owner

Question

I would like to register a company name which includes the word "Group", as in "Random Name Group LLC". Is there a problem with this if I am the sole owner of the company? What should I pay attention to?

I do not foresee any problems with registering a company name using the term "Group" even though you are the sole owner. I do foresee a problem if you were the sole employee, but if you are the sole owner of the company, but have, for example, twenty people working for you, and the name of the company is, for example, RELIABLE DIAGNOSTICS GROUP, there shouldn't be a problem.
