Check if your country is part of any international treaty or agreement with WIPO members country , normally many countries are on Madrid treaty, WIPO called this madrid system where with one application you can cover many jurisdictions or countries of your interest. You can check the fee online on wipo. But i think Nigeria is apart of ARIPO so you can initiate application from there you have to mention which countries you are looking for protection.
