Should you pick a LLC, C Corp or S Corp for a young startup? What are the pro's/con's of each?
We are a three people team at a pre-seed stage. There is an MVP, a business plan and a marketing structure. How should we incorporate?

Incorporation of a company is purely based on nature of business , you need to see which entity can help you avail tax benefits and other incentives under startup plan of states, as well as your near future possibility of raising funds from individual investors or VC. You need to consider all these points before incorporating your company
