Paper Law Journals are a Dying Breed. Internet Blogs are taking over.

Here is how you jump the curve, saving time and money.

I had a dream.

I had secretly cancelled all subscriptions to all law journals in our office.

It turned out that these law journals were literally redundant because none of the other lawyers in our firm complained that there were no new law journals coming.

All lawyers in our firm get all what they need from IP Blogs in the Internet.

I was happy. They were happy. We were happy.

Then I woke up.

This is What I did after Waking Up

I made good use of LinkedIn. I did a survey on IP Blogs in the Internet.

All my peers on LinkedIn and Facebook helped me. Amazing experience!

Use Feedly to Stay on Top of Things

Nobody can easily follow a multitude of websites with news.

This is why I am using an online aggregator software. My favorite tool is Feedly.com

It is very simple and easy to use: create a free account, copy/paste your first webpage URL from the above list into the Feedly search field, create a new feed, and add all other webpages that you want to follow in the same feed.

Feedly will suggest other webpages that are similar to the webpage that you are already following.

Reading in Feedly is a breeze. Feedly removes all advertising!

Tick the articles that you have read, they will disappear from your feed so that you do not read them twice.

Archive those articles that you want to keep in Evernote. Click the "Visit Website" button at the end of the Feedly article and archive the article from there. Read my little article about Evernote, here https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/evernote-web-clipper-martin-schweiger/

Call to Action

Register yourself at Feedly.com and add all other IP webpages that you want to follow in the same feed "IP Blogs".

Read your Feedly.com feed every now and then, and cancel your paper IP journal subscriptions once you feel comfortable about that.
