From 2001 to 2006 he worked in the Patent Department of Infineon Technologies AG and from 2006 …to 2012 in a European patent attorneys’ office.
…is German Patent Attorney, Chartered UK Patent Attorney regulated by IPReg, European Patent Attorney and European Trademark and Design Attorney. His field of practice comprises drafting of patent applications as well as obtaining, defending and enforcing of patents in the field of automotive engineering, cleantech, information technology, medical technology, mobile communication, semiconductors, software and telecommunications, conducting opposition and appeal proceedings, evaluating as well as fending-off third-party intellectual property rights. A further field of practice is preparing and implementing intellectual property strategies for internationally oriented markets as well as management of intellectual property portfolios. Dr. Grosse has taken over and successfully completed numerous cases requiring re-establishment of rights.
