His field of practice comprises drafting of patent applications as well as obtaining, defending and enforcing of patents in the field of automotive engineering, cleantech, information technology, medical technology, mobile communication, semiconductors, software and telecommunications, conducting opposition and appeal proceedings, evaluating as well as fending-off third-party intellectual property rights. A further field of practice is preparing and implementing intellectual property strategies for internationally oriented markets as well as management of intellectual property portfolios. Dr. Grosse has taken over and successfully completed numerous cases requiring re-establishment of rights.
