Jumoke is an experienced legal practitioner with a demonstrated history of working in law practice. She is a skilled professional practicing law within the entertainment industry with a focus on music and film. With her knowledge and skills in Copyright law, she deals extensively with content licensing, distribution, valuation and development. Considering that her skills are deeply rooted in Intellectual property law practices, her areas of specialty include copyright, trademark and patent registration and consultation, policy making, research and advisory.
With her day-to-day business involves dealing with transactions in areas of music, film and general creative content, her corporate and commercial law experience and knowledge are geared towards setting up and managing entities in Africa via registration, legal compliance, secretarial and advisory roles, contracts administration and general business operations.
As a music business executive who has spent the last 4 years handling complex music and film deals, she has negotiated, brokered and managed numerous multilateral distribution, licensing, valuation, creation and assignment deals within the entertainment sector. She also has hands-on experience in dealing with several industry stakeholders across the global music industry with an outstanding business goodwill.
