With her knowledge and skills in Copyright law, she deals extensively with content licensing, distribution, valuation and development. Considering that her skills are deeply rooted in Intellectual property law practices, her areas of specialty include copyright, trademark and patent registration and consultation, policy making, research and advisory.
With her day-to-day business involves dealing with transactions in areas of music, film and general creative content, her corporate and commercial law experience and knowledge are geared towards setting up and managing entities in Africa via registration, legal compliance, secretarial and advisory roles, contracts administration and general business operations.
