Patent Granted This patent is granted in the USA. There is related know-how that can also be sold. Note that more than 50 % of all source energy (coal, natural gas, diesel, JP8,...) used to make electric power is wasted as low grade heat. There are no high-efficiency options available in the world today. Thermoelectric generators have very low efficiency and are very expensive. Organic Rankine Cycles cost more than $ 2,500/kW, take up large space, and are at best 10 % efficient. This newly granted patent (in both the USA and China) is the first and only of its kind in the world, to describe a method and apparatus for making electricity from very low temperature heat at decent efficiency. The owner or exclusive licensor will have a monopoly on a device that facilitates one of the largest markets (electricity from < 100 oC heat sources) in the world.
