Uremia preventing/treating agent

Patent Pending PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a uremia-preventing and treating agent by promoting the expression of an organic ion transporter and inhibiting the expression of GATA, since uraemic substances which are accumulated with the lowering of eGFR, the evaluation of renal function, and have been identified, and because indoxyl sulfate (IS), one of the uraemic substances, promotes the expression of GATA3 and inhibits the expression of SLCO4C1 transporter, thereby inhibiting the production of erythropoietin, and participating in the pathology of CKD.
