Making the prototype of the 6-stroke, 3-piston engine

質問

Dear Sirs,
How can I find an investor and/or a sponsor in order to make the prototype (moderate size of say 1000 c.c. capacity) of my invention: The 6-stroke, 3-piston engine? This engine can save up to 40% of fuel consumption compared to the classical 4-stroke, 4-piston engine of the same capacity. I am also looking (after the making of the prototype) for marketing my invention by either licence to a third party or if not possible, then by selling the I.P. My prime term and condition is that, in all cases, the trademark (G 63 E) should be made and fixed with respect to the 6-stroke, 3-piston engine. Please see the attachments for full and useful details.
Thank you for your concern, time and patience...

Since you filed through the PCT, your inventions are not "patented" since they have not been granted by an individual country or undergone thorough legal examination. If you wish to pursue license protection at this stage, the ability to find a licensee based on the strength of positive ISRs and Written Opinions from the PCT will be more difficult than if you actually had granted patents comprising claims based on an examiner's interpretation of your claims relative to prior art. Positive IPRP merely speak to superficial aspects of novelty, inventive step, and industrial applicability. These are not the same standards used when determining whether a claim in its current form must be amended to be issued. Thus, you are asking potential licensees to obtain patents for which the commercial viability and strength is unknown. While not unheard of, this risk will be reflected in the type of license and royalty you are able to negotiate.
