Making the prototype of the 5-stroke, 1-piston engine

Dear Sirs,
How can I find an investor and/or a sponsor in order make the prototype (moderate size of say 250 c.c. capacity) of my invention: The 5-stroke, 1-piston engine? This engine can save up to 40% of fuel consumption compared to a classical 4-stroke, 4-piston engine of 4x equivalent capacity. I am looking also (after the making of the prototype) for marketing my invention by either licence to a third party or if not possible, then by selling the I.P. My prime term and condition is that, in all cases, the trademark (G 51 E) should be made and fixed with respect to The 5-stroke, 1-piston engine.
