Hello everybody! I'm looking to apply for a trademark. The trademark should be the name of my website (and my company) and the logo I've been using. I have been running the website for a while, the company was incorporated later. I would like to know how the application works, as in, do I apply for the trademark as an individual, and then maybe perhaps assign it to the company, or do I file the application as the company?

You can apply trademark directly in your company name , that is not an issue....because you must be owner, partner or director of this company. for any assistance for trademark, you may contact me directly in order to get quick response.
