Can we use other companies' logos in our software?

Logos and trademarks of other companies are obviously intellectual property - the use of such without permission of the company owning the logos or trademarks could lead to trademark infringement or unfair competition liability.
You will need to approach the particular company, tell them what you want to do, how you want to use it, and they will probably require a licensing agreement, if they permit you to in fact use their logo or trademark at all.
