Hi! We incorporated three months ago with two co-founders and two additional team members (developers) in the greater London area. Regarding Brexit, is it strategically wise to relocate to Berlin? Only one of us is actually British and it seems like the startup environment is going to suffer under the current situation. Would you advise us to "get out" while it's still easy? It's currently not that important where we are located, I think, but for the future perhaps we should be in a more predictable place (and within the EU). Our main seed investor is in Amsterdam.

HI, i will say rather than permanently moving your company you can open a subsidiary company in berlin, also i don't agree with you , even after brexit london will be best place for startup and the entire process will take 2 years, and you have TTIP coming soon where most likely England will also join , which give you ticket to market your product in USA. Infact i will say do some research before moving don't listen to others
On a personal note:
You recently - with the EU referendum clearly ahead - decided to establish your company in London, certainly you had your good reasons.
One week after the Brexit, everybody has an opinion and already offers his/her advice, albeit the road ahead is not clear; it is on unchartered territory.
Apparently, the EU referendum is not even legally binding, as the Parliament is sovereign.
While your concerns are understandable, for the time being:
Keep Calm and Carry On!
Best regards to London
