A question regarding prosecution pro se: in the case that a patent application has two inventors and they assign their rights to an organization (LLC) can one of them (given the power of attorney by the other) can still prosecute the application before the USPTO or does the assignee (the LLC) need to appoint a patent practitioner? Thank you.

Once the application is assigned to the Organization, the Organization controls the prosecution - so in this case, the Organization can choose to continue with the original attorney or can appoint a new attorney.
