We are establishing a startup and I would like to know how to register our company logo as a trademark to not allow any company to use our logo anywhere, anytime? How do we do that?
The idea would be that we 1) have a clear idea of how much our trademark protection would cost each year, and 2) would not have to worry about somebody using our trademark in any country.

I recommend to register it in the countries where you have the biggest commercial interests. If you are ever planning to sell or produce products in China I strongly recommend you file it there as soon as possible given several reasons.
In most countries trademark protection time is of 10 years.
