He is an experienced Forex trader and business consultant, with over 18 years of professional experience in private, public, non-governmental and international organizations, including the UN system, within and without his home country. Almost always acting independently as a consultant, I served a variety of institutions throughout my career, including the United Nations system in Sao Tome and Principe for about 10 years, where I designed and evaluated projects. As an independent consultant, I have served a number of public, private, national and international organizations, and have teaching experience.
