The liquid for preventing tissue adhesion contains trehalose as an active ingredient, and further contains at least one component of an antioxidant, a chelating agent, a sterilizing agent, a hemostatic agent, an antiphlogistic agent, a polysaccharide with a lubricating property, a mucopolysaccharide, a salt of a polysaccharide and a salt of a mucopolysaccharide.
