Does company type and location matter to an investor?

Question

Is it relevant for example whether we're incorporated as a Delaware LLC? What kind of company type would be best?

Generally speaking VCs are not going to invest in an LLC. The tax code makes this an unfavorable investment. Delaware shouldn't present any problems. Feel free to contact me if you want to discuss further.
